This page contains the terms & conditions of conducting business with Bombshell Beauty. Please read carefully before booking services. By booking an appointment you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
All personal information you provide will be handled by Jodi Hunter operating as Bombshell Beauty with responsibility and company liability. Your personal information will only be used to conduct business with you and will not be shared with other third parties unless given explicit permission. You always have the right to request Bombshell Beauty to delete or correct your personal information.
Events outside Jodi Hunters' control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This means that Bombshell Beauty is released from their obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are critical injury, death, fire, or flood, or natural disasters. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
The final balance is due 48 hours prior to the day of the event as ONE payment. For bridal bookings, the person responsible for payment of the balance due is either the client who has signed the service contract or the person he/she has indicated on the booking agreement. Acceptable forms of payments are cash, credit card or certified funds. The final payment is the confirmed service fee minus the booking fee.
Credit card payments are subject to a processing fee for each transaction. This fee is typically 3%.
EARLY CALL TIME FEE
A $150 fee will be charged for booked appointments before 8:00 am.
All major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express are acceptable forms of payment. Credit card payments are accepted via Square.
A mileage fee will be charged for locations not within a ten (10) mile radius of Bombshell Beauty Makeup Studio (57105). The amount will be determined at time of inquiry. Travel fee is assessed for round trip travel. Travel fee is $1/ mile plus the cost of fuel.
Parking, valet or toll fees may be incurred, and it is at the discretion of Bombshell Beauty to include the amount with the final invoice and in which case will be due for payment on the day of the event.
AIRFARE & ACCOMODATIONS
All costs for travel requiring airfare or train to a booked event are to be paid by client. Cost may include, but are not limited to: round trip airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, per diem, service incidentals and all taxes.
A $25 late fee will be charged for every 30 minutes a client is late for the scheduled appointment, or if scheduled services exceed the allotted time because of client delays.
REFUND & CANCELLATION
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full for the service scheduled.

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between all makeup applications. Any skin conditions or allergies should be reported to Jodi Hunter prior to application. I reserve the right to deny service at any point, for any reason especially if contraindications are present. Clients with known sensitive skin are recommended to have the service provider perform a sample test on skin to test reaction. By booking an appointment, you agree to release Jodi Hunter of Bombshell Beauty from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
